Board Meetings:

On a trial basis starting in May 2008, the Board of Directors will meet every other month instead of monthly.  The meetings will take place the second Wednesday of  May, July, September and November, 7:00 to 9:00 PM, in the lobby Conference Room at the Executive Airport on Freeport Blvd.  Interested parties are welcome to attend any board meetings.

Annual General Meetings:

The General Meeting is held each year at the end of March, 7:00 to 9:00 PM, in the multipurpose room at Alice Birney Elementary School. Members receive meeting notification and agenda information in the newsletter, as well as by a reminder postcard.

Special Meetings:

Special meetings are issue driven; members are notified by mail and e-mail when such meetings are planned.
